Thank you so much for the most memorable meal of our lives! :) I am sure you get this all the time, but everyone absolutely loved your food - and I swear, people are still raving about the salmon and sugar snap pea salad you made! In fact, friends of ours who traveled here from the Middle East went and bought sugar snap pea seeds to plant in their garden in Jordan so they can try and make that salad again...

We wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for going above and beyond to create an amazing meal for our wedding. I honestly cannot imagine a better dining experience, and I heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests. Truly, a dozen guests approached me saying either it's "by far the best food I've ever had at a wedding" or "the best salmon I've ever had" (Josh and I concur on both counts). We even had one pescatarian guest eat beef for the first time in 6 years! The quality, presentation, and personal touches were impeccable- you are so gifted at your craft!

Andrea and I are so appreciative of you going above and beyond to secure the much anticipated salmon and strawberries; and also sourcing the mixer and citrus juices for the cocktails.  You really made our jobs so much simpler. I am guessing you added the sprig of rosemary to the place settings. It was such a nice touch that did not go unnoticed. Thank you. Please pass on our gratitude to your staff for a job well done.  They were professional and helpful in every way. Our guests have not stopped complimenting the food!  Everything was so perfect!  Thank you for all your attention to detail and for preparing an incredible meal.  Several of our friends and family were really touched by the staff's willingness to go out of their way— warming baby bottles and bringing food to parents who were breastfeeding outside-- those things did not go unnoticed.
